The primary mill and section mill application with Weldclad welding technology

The primary mill rollers and the working roller of section mill and heavy mill are always in the working environment of high temperature, heavy loading, and severe wear. Therefore, the large maintenance will have bad impact on the production.
However, the rollers repaired with Weldclad welding technology are more resistant in wear, and are the 3-4 times life than new rollers. Weldclad welding alloy has the good performance of resistance in crack except wear. So, this reduced the time for grinding and machining , and reduced the times of replacement and production cost, so at last , the production efficiency has been improved and quality also improved.
The welding for primary mill and section mill rollers can be made to the certain passes, and the passes can be resistant in wear. And meanwhile, we can also welding the whole section mill rollers, and make the rollers have much longer life. The rollers after clad can have the tonnage 1.7-2.3 million tons, about wear only 1mm every tonnage 25,000-28,000 tons.
